Submission of an admission application does not guarantee acceptance. Admission is subject to:

• Meeting the eligibility criteria set by Tribhuvan University and Nepal International College.
• Availability of seats in the chosen program.
• Verification of submitted documents and academic credentials.
• Payment of applicable fees within the specified deadline.

The college reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all application forms, inquiry forms, and communications with the college. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection of your application or dismissal after enrollment.

Tuition fees and other charges are set at the beginning of each academic session and are subject to revision. The college will communicate any fee changes in advance. All fees once paid are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the college refund policy.

Nepal International College reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
